I would say this just may be the simplest crock pot recipe that I have ever made. Add the pork and cook until brown on both sides, stir in the soup, milk and minced. Once butter is melted, drizzle in 1 tablespoon oil. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large oven-safe skillet (see note) over medium-high heat. Season generously with salt and pepper on both sides. Place your pork chops into the crock pot and pour all the cans of cream of mushroom soup on top of them. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Rub pork chops all over with a bit of olive oil. Go ahead and put your salt, pepper and vegetable magic on each side to taste. You are not cooking them all the way through, just letting them brown on the outside. Take them out of the skillet and set them aside. 3 cans of Campbell’s cream of mushroom soupĪdd a little butter to a skillet and brown your pork chops on medium-high heat for about 2 minutes on each side. In a skillet with melted butter, brown the pork chops for just two minutes on each side.4-6 pork chops (I use boneless but either will work).Working in batches brown the pork chops on each side. Set Instant Pot to SAUTE and add the olive oil. This crock pot recipe is almost to easy to call a recipe! Sprinkle the pork chops with salt and pepper. If you have ten minutes to set aside in the morning to get the pork chops going and thirty minutes to spare to mash a few potatoes at night you are going to love this recipe! It’s really nice to be able to sit down to a home cooked meal and crock pot recipes can sure help you do that. If you life is anything like mine you are way to busy with the kids to slave in the kitchen for hours on end! This crock pot recipe is not only delicious but super easy to do.
